have you tried different browser ??? or clearing cache etc

i don't use IE anymore and i can't get firefox to install again

in chrome go to the content settings... then all cookie and site data.. search for gogame stuff and delete everything.

didn't kno I could use my phone to get on the game. and I don't have a tab an never will
