i can get Tosen's HP down to under 200k then i lose becouse thats the end of 20 rounds. he can not kill Stark but i can't kill him either.. i put my Best stones on him still not enough

Means you have good defense, but too weak damage wise to kill him.

If you have better strength accessories or hogu than he is using, you can swap them over. You may just need to buff up strength on Starrk before you can beat him. My main and alt both ran into road blocks like you are at, the only thing you can do is improve gear, stones or level up.

Starrk is a better offensive vanguard than Ganju. Have you tried using a partner with a higher damaging skill? Work on buffing the strength accessories and physical attack hogyoku since they are good sources to boost his damage.

She will do better at dealing damage, but her defense may be too low, but it is worth a shot.

My Yhwach would never be able to do as much damage as Mayuri in VR. Almost all the damage I get is from blocks. Yhwach doesn't have the defense to survive as long as Mayuri can. I do more damage in VR taking out Yhwach and putting in bonus damage partners. That is how I got 362m with Haschwalth and Isane doing 0 damage, main with 1 normal attack and a level 80 Tavern Kenpachi with 1 skill attack in the VR on the 4th. Last night I used Handsome Toshiro(1 skill attack) instead of Tavern Kenpachi and had 391m damage.

Yes, I got it the first cycle it was available. You should watch the BR's of Mayuri in action in VR. The damage I mentioned was from 1 hit on the VR enemies, not total damage over the 60 minutes.

what accessories do you have? (i advise lvl 100 spiritforged str accessories ;-) and as high lvl as possible)
what hogu do you ahve (might be able to improve it)
hogyoku increse lvl and if possoble quality other than that its looking good

the green vg you get at the start of the game hat you probably dismissed ;-) (and that you get get witout starting a new game)

well i beat him using my yama (tho he has slightly stronger attack than your stark has)
my recomendation is having about 150k (that will enshure you victory in single and team)

i changed him to a x4 Fire Lord an x2 Blaze setup for more damage and less immune rate
