i can not log in it goes to 96 or 97 and just stops help me

Same problem here.When I try to enter in EU 72 in the start of the loading when Kon is running above the loading bar it jusr says tha Fails: to initialize the game plese restart the page. And I ofc retry the page but it is the same btw thi is not only in all EU server but in US too pls help me
