her exclusive skill isin't necessarily bad its like b renjis death mod except a skill.

PVP:
Well to start off she has no fury deduction or restriction mods so that's an instant loss in PVP. Her 2nd mod is useless due to RJ and the rest is a joke apart from the 4th and the last mod.
The 4th mod is only nice for PVE, ignore invincibility speaks for itself.

PVE: Uno vs Sofun in ES.
Brenji is a must for PVE and your main is also an assaulter so you're forced to go with 2-3-0 or at least 3 assaulters.
Strongest build atm is a Hiki or Isane (50% damage increase) with Senju as combo partner and damage increaser for Uno.
Uno will skill every round while Sofun will not unless you have a Gin or put the main's combo rate skill on her which results into Brenji doing less damage: losing overall damage.
Turbo VIPs will use Yhwach for PVE.

I guess there's Noble Isane to back her up but once again she won't skill every turn unless you have a Senju.
She could work in Void but why bother when you have a Brenji that does 350% damage with his death skill vs all supports AND attacks 2 enemies. On days that there is only 1 support character you're pretty much screwed so Brenji or any other attack all assaulter (Muken, Yhwach) or even Tbyakuya is the better option for overall Void damage. Though the Turbo VIPs are currently working on tanking Void which requires an Isane or a Hash.

To be honest the whole build and partners you must have around her in order to make her work is too much.
The only time I would use her is with a level 100 exclusive level, but at this point she's UBP worthy instead of Brenji being in there.

Only thing good about Sui-Feng's exclusive skill is the fury regen.

changing my mind about her... If you already run a fury builder with good crit, or just run 2x fury builders, she will skill every round @ 400% damage rate, with good base stats and growth rate to boot... sure in pvp she shouldn't be stellar, but in pve, she has the makings of a really great partner

curious, I'm looking at her skill and thinking of PVE... I run 3x fury boosters (sexy yourichi, shinso, and cute orihime) surely in this case, she has to be good in pve as she will hit for 400% every turn with a very decent attack stat... while in pvp she looks terrible IMO, I am seeing some PVE potential here, or am I wrong?

She's good for that, but there are other characters coming out with fury regen exclusive skills as well. She has some good things, but not enough to warrant buying her at the current price. I'd buy her for 12k gold, personally lol

if she was available in any other event I'd wager she would be cheaper, but being she basically comes with ultimate charge rebate, so far a 100% rebate is guaranteed in my top up group anyway... If I was going to make a big top up anyway, these events would warrant a $750 top up in my book... between ultimate charge, a solid pve partner with some pvp utility (as a back up partner anyway), and plenty of fairly nice stuff to buy in the valentines event... I think I could take top 10 in our server group... hell, going full tilt in CSB so far, I'm up to 15th last I checked... hell, everyone above me is 20+ levels higher, lol
