In ultimate naruto you can get some recruit materials in return after firing and tavern ninja. I wonder if it that can happen here too.

You dont get anything, I tried it on my other Account before I made this one for PGM. I think in the future we should have the ability to do this, it would save time and silver/gold

The color of your main depends on your "Soul Map"
If you open it and look at the "Soul Training" tab you can see your progress.

Zanpakutos will be obtainable through quest when reaching higher levels. Here's a list:

How do I get souls without firing people?
I know I've been getting souls, but I don't know how.
