is zangtsu worth $150 top up for my team
Or $150 in Bankai Power then wait to spend 10k gold to get x5 lvl 100 ultimate sets

My Current PvE team
Zan = Zamb for buff
V = H. Ichigo
A = Ken,Ikkaku,Main(8th skill)
S = Kisku Pure T1

what you guys say?

no, since hes come out in ubp hes not worth that anymore, i'd wait for a good ubp or when you can find him for a cheap event

Zangetsu would work with you current team since it is assaulter heavy. If they ever have Bankai Power with Ultra hero again, that would be a good combo of events to get Zangetsu. You would just use from points in Ultra Hero and still have all of your gold.

I'd go with ulitmate sets...  but really, a 1-3-1 isn't a very good setup IMO
it nerfs your PVE by only allowing one block per turn, it makes you split your physical stuff 4 ways (assuming you don't have a kido main) which means either you have several weak partners, or you have 4 meh partners generally, and it's just not flexable in the least...

however...
a 1-2-2 party or a 1-1-3 party, you can easily pull your vang for a second, or third, assaulter for events, lets you keep more supports in the game to gain their power...  supports are amazing for sure...

being you run Zabimaru (I assume that's who you mean by zamb) I'm assuming you are a fan of PVE, which is a good thing...  just work smarter, not harder to raise that damage!!

i have lvl 7+ stones in all partners and no i'm not Kido main.. i have Cute O but don't have a weapon for her tho.. i barely can do 1% per hit in ES an i have 1.8m bp. Yes i am reincarnated it was done b4 the acc was givin to me

personally, I'd pull Ikkaku out for Cute Orihime, it's easy enough to get a kido weapon.
for events, pull Hollow Ichigo for Ikkaku in events... or if you wanted to, pull Kenpachi for Quincy U, use him for pvp, his crit boost will help your pve damage, cute orihime will help boost block rate on assaulters and vanguard and between her and Kiuske, that will T1 your whole middle row while saving stone space for other stuff... make sure you have decent block rate on everyone that will be taking regular attacks in ryoka and ES

and by Zamb, you did mean Zabimaru, right?

i don't have Quincy U on my EU server. Yes i mint Zabimaru miss spelled it my bad.. I use yama in pvp an he's my best damage dealer some times when he skills he can kill enemies team

for sure he can, and with a T1 Kiuske he can easily become T1 himself... I'm not a fan of Yama personally, but a strong one can for sure do the job well

all in all, it sounds like you have a solid team forming there... keep at it and keep up with the grind... remember, you won't get super strong overnight, but if you do all your dailies, don't miss events, and play smart, you can for sure be a force to respect... also, having a super stocky vang is a solid way to crush pvp foes without fantastic speed... get some block mods on him, get his def up... My Noza has 155% block and blocks most everything thrown at him... too much higher would probably be overkill for most fights, so you can surely get Ichi's up to more than enough

2 and 4 at least, maybe even the first one if you get his def up enough
5 and 6 would probably be alright too
