Well that heal is 25%/50% of Noza attack so it is not that much unless your noza is stacked as f*** and also has buff from his skill but it can definitely help. Noza of one guy in my csb heals for around 1,1 mil each round but he has put everything into him.

few things..

I'm a Hyorin user, and I stack on Noza FYI

Hyorin will boost your Noza better than Senbon will (simply put, Hyorin was made for Noza it seems, he only gives the things that Noza would love)

being that Hyorin basicly forces you to run a 1-2-2 or 1-1-3 with the lack of love shown to the middle row, that lowers the number of physical sets of gear you will use, allowing you to stack harder on Noza without losing much elsewhere (and if you are running Hyorin and don't stack on vang, you are doing it wrong, period)

My Hyorin is only at 50/50/31 ATM, so I don't have the regen yet, but even now, I'd probably take Hyorin over Tensa in PVP as Noza is my killer, hands down

Running a stacked Noza with Hyorin in PVP has made me make some sacrifices tho... my assaulters have been reduced to pve (running Shura K and Sexy Y with MC using 8th skill) and until recently my supports have also been running dual purpose (T1 Shinso Gin, T1 Cute Orihime) I'm shifting slightly more PVP tho so i'm building up another support (Tenjiro is my stand in) to pull out Cute Orihime PVP as she really has no use in pvp (my assaulters are slow and neglected, and my natural block rate is 100%+ on front 3 (except on main who sits at 80%ish)

my noza heal around 500k heal at the end of every round
+ 3% of my hp ( from weapon) so i got 6.7 mil hp idk how much is that lol

so almost 1 mill hp every round and thats 50/50/50 hyroun

not bond with resuc ulquiorra yet
right now i'm concentrating on dmg rather than defense
once i'm done with dmg i will start with defense
gonna take the atk and stamina hogyoku soon

my attack and defense is about to go up again when I upgrade that aquarius gear... need another 90 asuchi (or however you spell it, lol)

all except + crit damage so far, and I plan to change the other 2 when I get them as well... and as for his evo, he's almost red, and I'll bring him to full evo once I hit UBP a few times

Leaving mods 2/5/7 alone and changing the rest to block works well. I can see hyorin users keeping the crit part alone.

if I recall, the 7th mod is immune to stun... the only reason I'd change that out is because IMO, extra block rate is better than not being stunned... when you are stunned you can't skill (damn fossilize) but you can still block, so IMO, a well stacked Noza that is stunned or fury restricted is ideal for most circumstances

but when i make hyron 100/100/100 its gonna be over 1 mill 200k from weapon
almost 500k from damage

well, normal cap on break D is 90%, so 190 is the logical cap... however some people break that #, so anything up to probably 220% isn't wasted per se, but at 156%, I block 85% of everything I see

Ah ok. Mine is sitting about where yours is I was just wondering what's good. I'm also assuming hyorin is the reason I'm seeing some nozas with 9m+ hp? Bc that is insanely high. Wish there was another way for him to recover tho, I have to use a wep enchant on mine for 100k back a round lol

yeah, 9M HP Nozas will probably be running Hyorin, maybe RJ or someone, but usually I expect to see them with Hyorin

i run my noza with RJ but i was using senbon with noza hes was a beast but against a hyron and noza user very hard to beat due to the hp regen but my rj fixes that now and my noza takes 5 damage from physical and kido damge rarly hurts my noza due to increasing kido defence. also the regen depends on how much your attack hits the other vg. hyron and noza is the right way to go.

So, Senbon and Hyorin are suitable for any type of vg, right?
Senbon is for offensive setup, and is Hyorin for defensive setup.

that has been my assesment, however do take into mind, it is hard to stack both vanguards AND assaulters at the same time

Yeah, assaulters and vanguard share the same equipment.
Well, for me, at least Senbon is somwhow better than kazeshini a bit.

So, the recovery rate from zanpakuto (50% for senbon and hyorin) is added together with the weapon's heal (revive)?

If this is real, then it would be really cool.
