Greetings Everyone, I am Shadowvoss PGM for Server 12. I am here posting a New thread for all players across the servers to post Ideas, Suggestions or just anything you would like to see in the future of our game. Take in the consideration that these Suggestions doesnt actually mean the Developers will do them, but its always nice to see what people are looking forward for.
If you dont agree with other players Suggestions, just leave it alone. No need to discriminate or be rude about it. There is no formal format in creating a suggestion, but I would try to use full sentences and not chopped up words for example "I wa 2 c more sword things" yeah that...is annoying just saying 
So here is a list of Suggestions that myself and the other PGM's have come up with
PGM Privilages These privilages we are suggestion is to show who the PGM's are in game by ether change the Color of our name (I think a Blue would work) or/and having the Word (PGM) next to our name for example (PGM)Shadowvoss
Special Zanpakuto's The idea of Special Zanpakuto are to show players were we are at in the main town, just in case people want to stand by use or what not.
Character Typing Limits I think everyone can agree that when we are typing we can only get about 10 or less words in to the chat. We are needing it to be incressed so people can talk more freely and also the PGM's can help players quicker than typing about 15 times.
Appearence Customization Who gets tired looking like the same jo next to you. As we see Ghost Blade is one of the more Popular classes in the game, It be nice if we can have some Customization to our characters just so we dont all look a like
Class Changing Functions You picked Spirit Blades? but dont like it anymore and want to try Kido or even Ghost Blade? Well with this you would be able to. Most Likely it would be used in the Shop as an Gold Item.
Name Changes Picked a name that you just dont like anymore, or maybe there is a typo in the name. Instead of leaving the Server or making a new account you can just go and change your name easy as that. I think with in the first 24 hours it should be free just in case if there is a Typo, after that has to be paid by gold.
One Click Replies Making a section with in the Mail system where you can click a button, and send a mail to the PGM of the server requesting for help. This well help a lot when players are on and the PGM's are not. As for One, I cant be on 24/7 but i try my best.

Guilds open to everybody not just 1 clan ichigo and uryu are friends in the anime and there like a mini guild sorta thing with chad orihime rukia renji etc
so we should be able to do the same here

I think that goes along something i brought up to GoGames, about the pvp being the same and how i felt that they should try to implement their own style into the game and change it up a bit here or there. Lol and i understand the desire to make this as close to the show as possible but common lol that's like 2v1 against the Arrancar =P.

For typing limit, I guess it is some sort of bug.
In other versions, typing limit is counted in number of words.
In English version, it is counted in number of alphabet, causing we could only type less than 10 words.

Special Zan, what for PGM again? No for the same reason above as well it being a waste of development time. How about instead of a specific modal being created to show a PGM they instead use dev time to work out a way to make guild icons above players heads so you could see who is in each guild.
Character typing limits need to be addressed agreed.
The cash shop ideas seem fine and aren't pay to win in any way.
I think they need to address non VIP 4 players not being able to chat in auto battles, if you're auto battling with the 1 minute fight time between everything and un able to even talk that basically removes the entire social aspect of the game, for no reason.
A way to obtain spirit stones easier with out the use of only gold/coupons. I personally am VIP 4 and have a good amount however for people who are totally free to play or just ddin't spend there gold on spirit stones they're at such a disadvantage that the power creep between rank 1-20 and 21+ is so massive you have no chance to ever compete. I feel you could make the game more balanced if people could obtain spirit stones easier (still not as easy as out right buying them with gold) and be rewarded for actively playing, they shouldn't continue to be at a massive disadvantage. Paying to win in these types of games is just how it goes however the difference between an active, good tactical player and someone who just pays to have everything should be more around the 5-10% mark rather then currently, if you're "paying to win" you are 100% better then the person who isn't.

we only had a taste of the online rewards on the first day, why not bring it back for the active players
also, another server catering players of +8 GMT because it's hard to keep up with events

Not only that but we do more than just sit here and pick are noses... Like anyone who has been given the PGM status has shown dedication to help the community in anyway possible and be there for the members of their server. I know for me personally i answer questions continuously everyday. Its not just a ranking man, it's legit a job we spend 4-6 hours a day doing. So i disagree with your unknowledged comment about us not doing anything for the job. We do something every day, it's called making your gaming experience better.

Disagree with PGM Privileges, that is just another way of showing off.
I dont see any point of having a "(PGM) Player ID" help the community. It is appropriate for Gogames staff to have that, but not players. reply @ BiggieSmalls: not all PGM are helpful, at least in S2 I dont even see the PGM is answering/helping, getting help in forum is much faster.If you really spend much time in forum, you will see some PGM (eg. S5) is being complain for their imappropriate behavior. By adding more privileges will just make things worse.
Besides, maybe we can have "Character growth system".
Eg, Inoue maybe reach certain level with some materials she can able to evolve into Shinigami Inoue ,with Shinigame cloth.
Slightly increase in ability and growth rate. It is quite sad she couldn't keep in the team after some level and get replace by better partner.

Typical "I want more"-syndrom, you already get more than normal players with free coups every month and you have almost no work, most stuff gets solved in the forums by azrial and me and from my previous work as admin in e-Sports, setting up and moderating tourneys I know the work isn't too hard.
Next problem is again the publisher: gogames, can't really help you with this stuff, since most of your more "special" request would have to be coded or even animated, if the chinese original gets it, we will get it some day, but chances are low. From the very low monthly payment I can already see that the company doesn't value you much, so don't expect too much.
Last thing: Name and Class changes are stupid, expecially the 2nd would ruin some of the balance and also make pvp very boring since there would only be Shinigami, which is the strongest class.
Anyway good luck, maybe we get to work together I plan to apply once they open an EU server ^^

I feel half and half on PGM Privileges. I understand we are normal players just like anyone else, but to be honest were kind of not. Sure some servers mite have trash PGM's and that will be brought to gogames attention in due time. But the ones who are doing their "job" per say are actually the biggest help for the server at this time. A true PGM should be involved with their community and understand the needs/wants of everyone in the server. A true PGM greets people and keeps chat clean, organized, and appropriate. And a true PGM does not take a persons concerns lightly i chat with gogames support at least 40 minutes a day just on issues involving payment, future game advancement, and ideas that my members have to help further the games awesomeness. So in a way a true PGM should get privileges, they should be able to chat more, and have a way to make it aware to all members that they are the PGM and they are there to help. Hence the (PGM)- Ender idea... Now like i said this also means only a true PGM should get these privileges. If you have someone who does not do anything, does not help, or is inappropriate in chat like Chaotic said then obviously no.
So no Chaotic this is not used for another way to show off. This would be a way to help the community know were to go and who to contact in order to get problems resolved as quickly as possible. Were not the bad guys kid.

Hold on Shiro. We don't want more. These are only suggestions. When we announce ourselves as PGM's in-game, we don't get the entire majority of players to notice we are them for that server. Granted I've seen you and Azrial have the most detailed responses and we are all grateful that the PGM's are not the only people who enjoy helping players. What we want is players to notice we are there so we can help them if they have questions. That's the only reason we suggested a PGM tag or a different name color. We don't intend to feel special, we only want to do the job given to us more efficiently. Granted I don't know much about how other PGM's behave and such in their servers, I'm probably gonna have to ask them if Chaotic is saying the S5 PGM is behaving poorly, but that is the only reason behind it. We want players to notice we are in-game and ready to assist should they have any questions.
Again, thank you and Azrial for helping out players numerous times leaving us PGM to shame, but again, our job is to assist wherever we can. You two basically beat me to responses a lot o-o

Dear PGMs,
Just a sort of off-topic question, if a PGM doesn't do his work like helping people and even starting discussions
with people and calling them a kid, a rage kid to be precise while that person doesn't do anything and giving him tips about
how he can do it better and even if he did something a PGM needs to know how to handle situations like that and not calling him
a rage kid. How can I report PGMs? ;p

Tell it to another PGM like myself or PM Charlie.The PGM who is acting disrespectful and is not doing the job given to him by the company will be punished. He/she will lose his/her privileges and another player will be able to take his/her spot as the PGM of that server.

I'm agree with you. Even someone are flaming PGM,they should not counter it back. Stay Silent and do they job is the best way.

Simple you contact GoGames support and tell them they need to be aware of a dispute b/w PGM and player. Take a screen shot of the conformation other wise it means nothing.
Now the real question is what did you say exactly to start this argument? Oh yes i remember you said PGM's do no deserve their spots and their all trash. You also said its stupid how PGM's receive free stuff for doing nothing. Don't worry i took screen shots of the convo ;).

You are in a battle why would you want to type. When i got pgm i was not even close to being the first to say.
I disagree with most of the pgm suggestions but i do believe a title next to the names so they are distinguishable from others and so you know its not a scam is priority
as for the gogames staff should be the ones who help not the players you are asking way to much of people who are taking time out of their lives to make this game for you

I like the idea of the chat being extended to about 120 to 200 characters would be fair enough. Must remember chat is pretty small and don't want to extend it anymore or else screen would be a little clustered. As PGM stuff goes, I think what ever GoGames wants to do for us is what is best for us.

they should add some of the chinese version events if they want more money or at least alliance arena war shop (this names ) and bloodie war or something because the icon still show when that event must start, so i think they release the open beta too soon 
before this event was translated and they focus on a daily serv release not in the events they forgot to add 
, and the accesories are really helpfull btw in my serv still a lot of ppl cant even finish lv50 instance at lv60 
(i can finish that instance at lv54, i forgot to recruit Hinamori so i do w/o her ) so the difficulty of the instances remain the same as chinese version but w/o accesories
Btw about gms special things nah, at least in my serv (s7) never seen any gms, so to me at least they are useless better give that coupons at azrial he knows more about this game than most of the gms

Question who is the pgm for S6 ?
Back on topic. Guild mail would be really cool to have, cause it take me about 25 min to mail all my members.
When I am mailing them I can not answer questions. I try to keep my guild active with guild news letters and encouragement for leveling and doing dungeons event's etc. So would be a nice little feature if we had a mail all guild member feature.

I would suggest a change into the guild "ranking" system, its not fair that the Vice-Leader to be choosen based on the contribution they made to the guild, I mean they do deserve a higher rank and all but maybe there is someone else I want to promote to Vice-Leader who supposedly invested as much as the current Vice-Leader.
There should also be more Ranks in the guild, like: Soldier, Captain, Vice-Leader and finally the highest rank Leader or a option that allows you to customize the ranks: names, privilleges, etc.

I feel that there should be a trading system as well as a way to convert either coupons or silver into gold,
the conversion rates could be
10/100 coupons per gold
or
10000k x level = gold
This will help to cover the gap between free players and VIP furthermore creating a more enjoyable experience that will create more long term and happy players who will over time become loyal customers
