I don't think there is for damage rate, I'm not sure about immune rate. I think I read a reply in a post yesterday from Mayuri mentioning he would have like 125% immune or something if there wasn't a cap, so I'm leaning toward there being one for immune rate.

His immune rate is capped at 111.6% since he only gets 12.6% from evo.  If it wasn't capped at only getting 99% from rank and gear, he would have 126.6% with current gear.  

I can still get more block and hp from bonds, but his defense bond is maxed and he only needs 12 more exclusive levels for that to be maxed.  I am working on a red physical def/hp hogyoku now to get the pdef up to what the sdef is now.

The cap is 99% immune rate, I believe. Things like evolution, mods, and bonds will go over that cap.

So immune rate is capped,this includes starting immune rate,rank and equipment,right?
What about damage rate?I think i've seen people breaking 300% dmg rate(or maybe i was high...)

I'm not sure about rank. I'm trying to check. Equipment and immune rate from talent are definitely capped.

We have not found a cap to damage rate. It's likely there isn't one, similar to dodge and hit rate.

There's a cap for immune rate

but no cap for damage rate as far as i know

there's been peeps with 330% damage rate+ and the damage output still increases ^^

immune rate is just over 100% (prob 90% with modifiers on it)

The cap for Immune Rate is 99% from all sources except mods, bond and evo.  The only way to go over 99% is from bonds, mods or evo.  There is no hard cap on damage rate.

The soft cap of 99% is for equipment, talents and rank.  It can go over 99% with evo, bonds and mods.  Here is my main's Mayuri.  His immune rate is 111.6% since he gets 12.6% from evo, he doesn't have a mod or bond for immune rate.  Without the cap, he would be at 129.6% with current gear.

no immune rate is just a defense multiplier.

I believe the formula is

(attack - defense) x (dmgrate - immunerate) = final damage

Hmm, if immune rate work just as Rythen stated below then you are probably right. For some reason i always trought immune rate worked as damage reducer in %, but if it just multiply defence then it makes sense.
Ps: but then what's the difference betwen mods that give for example: +10% immune rate and 10% def?

def stands against some attack type (kido or phys)
immune against damage rate
and in the end they all part of final damage calculation formula which one rythen gave to you above

i know the more you have immune rate it would be more difficuld someone damages your character
for damage rate its same history the more you have it would be easier do more damage  on enemy
