nobody likes a begger... before you ask for an account, I'd start a new account, become active, learn to play well, make a friend here on the forums, then get theirs if they quit... anything else is generally frowned on and made fun of

lol I think this guy doesn't want to do the dirty menial work of leveling up and getting strong

don't blame him, takes so much time and have to learn so much along the way. Better to take over a tanked acc not knowing at all what you're doing and then slowly destroy that tanked team through ignorance on how to maintain it and make it grow stronger
