Greetings Bleach Players!

So as you might have guessed from the title, this post is a recruitment thread for my Quincy guild on server US70.  I am looking for some active players who play daily or at least semi-daily to create accounts on our server and select Quincy clan and join our guild.

So you might be wondering why you should join our server and join our guild? So let me give you some of our info and some reasons why you would benefit from joining us!

Our guild name is Shadow and we currently are the #1 Quincy Guild on the server and tied for the #2 spot on the server against our rival Arrancar guild. I am the #1 Quincy player on the server and #5 overall both in Rank and in BP.  Our server is only about a month old, so it hasn't been around for a long time and is still being developed, we don't have any level 90+ players, we only have a few people in the low 80's. So for anyone who would start a character on our server this week, it would not be hard to get caught up and make it into the top 40 of the server within a few weeks. Also our server is active, we have dozens of players online everyday for dailies and to chat with, and our guild itself has players on everynight for our daily events. So not only will you have a active server population to play with, you will have active guild members to play with and do things like Campaign/Alliance Battles. We will go out of of our way to help any of our members, and the server in general is a very friendly population. Even us top VIP players still help out other guilds and players to finish their daily chances and answer questions - we even try to share Ryoka kills during daily's, even though we don't "have" too, we just have a very friendly population.  All 3 top guilds (1 Shini, 1 Quincy, 1 Arrancar) get along very well and have friendly rivalry, just the kind you want to have and it makes the game fun but still competitive. Some of us even play other games together and are friends on Facebook.

So if you are looking for a server where you still have a chance to get into the top ranks (even as a F2P), and want a top guild that is active to play with, come join US 70 and reach out to me (Meekrat) and I will get you into our guild (Shadow)! Look forward to seeing some new faces soon!

isn't it better to see which quincy guild plays guild war, and then check if those members play seretei, if so then they would be the best members to recruit. if you advertise openly then everyone will join. better to check their activeness by yourself so you can be sure whom you are recruiting without the need to reducing guild assets later down the line.

While I appreciate your feedback/suggestion, it is only so applicable.

A majority of the population of our server is Shinigami. For the most part there are only 3 strong Quincy guilds, us being the #1. And I have contacted members of the other Quincy guilds and recruited a few of the more active players.

However there are only so many players on a server to recruit from. And the other remaining active Quincy players are happy where they are at and do not wish to join.

So I agree it would be -best- to recruit current active playing Quincy players who already play on our server, but it is not the only viable option to recruit. Making a post on here is just another avenue in which I am exploring to ensure our guild remains competitive and has plenty of active players, but rest assured this post is not the sole resource I have utilized in an attempt of recruitment of players.

thats good, the thing is you may find ppl who are active. here active can mean
- donate daily and play all events
- donate daily only
- donate daily and play certain events only

if you have 10-12 members who donate daily then you next need are players who play guild war and seretei . i am in the same situation. i do get ppl applying just because its a top guild, but then later i dt want to throw them out and lose my guild assets just because they lost interest which is less with higher active players. so i keep a watch at gw and then seretei. some ppl do guild wars, but its of no use if they are not available for seretei esp while you are defending. so yeah good luck on your recruitment, cheers
