senju, she is faster than hiki, immune to fury deduction and can give 60 fury to other supporters in case you have another supporter with ignore invicibility but slower than enemy's hiki

Depends what you like. Senjun is good with other supports. Oetsu is good against tanks. I personally stack my hiki since I like the invincibility. Yes senju's CAN be faster but you have to put a lot of work into doing that. You also have to get a hiki for senjus mod for speed
