I can't seem to enter the game when i choose my server the loading doesn't start it goes black with just kon icon. . . it says operation timed out. .. I've already cleared cached changed browsers etc need help plz

i use chrome bt i tried on firefox as well same problem nd yes i play other games as well ultimate naruto/ anime pirates etc they are working fine

I m also using Chrome and I dont have any problems. Did you had problems earlier on this game or only today?

I m trying to help you but I dont have a clue. Try internet explorer and if the problem is still there then turn off/on your computer. After that try to login again.

these things won't work don't they have any technical staff who can help. . .?? if it were working alright for the past 7 days nd i have already done everything like clearing cache etc than it means there's something wrong with the game pls ask technical support for help

i've done everything still isn't working. . . If it was working fine for past 7 days than it means the game is experiencing some problem not me. . . I need some technical support pls. . .

it happen same to me blackscreen after waiting it wrotes connection reset, my internet is ok.
change dns, change ip also not worked. waiting 3 hours sighhh still like this.

Dear players,

When you get disconnected check your internet connection and if that's fine then refresh browser. Same problem? Then have patience
till the official support team fixes this. Since it's an open béta not everything is perfect so please have patience.

I get this issue from time to time, just copy and paste the url in a new tab or window and it should fix the issue.
Edit: Also when you get connection lost, it's due to your internet provider or a proxy server on your computer.

Can you please tell me if it shows a black screen and it gets stuck there? Cause it happens to me right now, all I see is black and hear the song that starts after you log in lol

Sure does happen alot huh. And it'll eventually get fixed for a couple days (probably less), then happen over and over, right about the crucial times for everything. Just like Naruto Saga from Gamesla.

Stuck at Black screen too tried evrything Clear cache,different browser,reset internet update everything. but still stuck on black screen. im fr0m SERVER US 20. i tried to log in EU server 5 im fcking plying it now.. But i cnt PLAY with my MAIN SERVER in US 20 always STUCK Black Screen.
