Is there anyway to get really powerful equipment for free. The kind that you can use in shutara's shop?

From CSB you can buy for 2k challenge tokens a godslayer set or so that can be used in Shutara's shop. Also getting just basic gear upgraded lvl 120 and above can be used in the shop.

i just tried to use a 120 part of gear and it wont let me use in shutra shop

do you mean a 120 set exchanged in CSB Shop?
Shutara's shop is supposed to be for all / and only ULTIMATE sets lvl100 and more - excluding those from Ultimate Arsenal
Forged gears are not concerned
