I don't know if it's my computer, or the server, or maybe on multiple servers, but I can't redeem any hiring coupons for Special War Powers... is it a bug? When I click on redeem coupons, the screen freezes and I have to refresh...

The coupons are obtained in the bugged Hueco Mundo Attack. That's why. It's the same on most servers I think.

It will be. Apparently it is open today at some point... it's supposed to be open today... But it hasn't yet...
