He would be sensible to establish a limit. Because this, just disgusts me of the game.
I think of stopping, and not certainly not of recreating a character on another server.

As a arena top 8 (as he can catch you repeatedly), there are pros and cons
Unless you're the top 2, you're most likely to become top 2's slave... forever (until you lower your rank to 9th or 10th).
However, you will get better daily reward (prestige, material, silvers..)
