Hello Bug Report & Tech Support Team,

I am an American Player, VIP 7, 2,500 gold away from VIP 8.
I was enrolled onto Server EU61 when I first started this game about a month ago, and I enjoy playing this game.

On Sat Dec 20, 2014 Guild War was down, there has been no notification/email or compensation for loss EXP.

Today: Saturday Dec 21, 2014

Game has been down since Evil Spirits.

That's:

Evil Spirit: Silver
Guild War: Silver
Ryoka Attack: EXP/Silver
Alliance War: Bright Crystals
Protect Seireitei: EXP/Silver/Buff Chance

All that we missed.

If this game does not come back up in a few hours we will also miss the following:

Opportunity for free-gold spin from event
Christmas xmas event prestigious gift buy chances
Daily Sign In Bonus - Continuous Streak
Soul Hunting
Prestige from Arena battles
Souls from Daily Salary
Exp from Slaves - Interaction/Gain
Seireitei Palace: Shura/Kengou/Trainee & One-Key Experiences
Modify Partner: Fragments/Exp/Silver/Chances/ Event partner modifications
Daily Beauty Chances
Jogokuchi Feeding and Collection
Girlfriend Interaction
Konsu Interaction
Heuco Mundo Attack
Exchange Partner Recruitment Coupon Chances
amongst other things I may have forgotten, but as the list stands; that's a lot
Personally:
Kon's Treasure Chest: pay out in 5 times, will that carry over to the next day?


Many players experienced multiple disconnects from the game today, and there have been no notification or information about this down-time.
Just as some websites have loading screens, which serves as good user-interface to keep users aware that something is still working; notification of why our server is down placates users need for an explanation.
I've checked other servers and they are working fine.

So I was just wondering: What's going on with EU61?

Please let us know in a form of a response or thread as to when we can expect this issue to be resolved so we're not just left in the dark; as paying customers.

GoGames, if you need a developer with JavaScript, Ruby on Rails, Bleach expertise, and ability to translate Chinese, please reach out to me.
I am available for work, and I would love to work for a gaming company that is hosting a game that I'm invested and interested in.

Yikes, it's not even close to your time zone either!!

I would never play on a foreign server seriously and invest time into it!

Times work out fairly well for me.

EU Times in SF, CA PST
Evil Spirit = 5am
GW = 11:30am
Ryoka = 12:15pm
Alliance War = 1pm
Protect Seireitei = 2:15pm
Reset = 4pm

I was assigned the server when I first started the game.
Had I known more details, I would've swapped to a US Server.
Didn't think it made a big difference.  And I still don't think it does, because GoGames has to be licensed in the US to provide services in exchange to charge money.

If they don't get into contact with me within 3 business days, I will contact my bank and Paypal for leg4l options in regards to the money I've put into this game.

It seems the word 'l3gal' is censored for some reason on these boards.

It also seems that GoGames requires licensure/approval from Kubo Tite in order to use the sprites and voices of characters from Bleach.  Japan has been quite adamant about their protection rights as of late.  I may not be a professional in the leg4l field, but if any of my programming skills are of transferable practical real-world application in achieving a solution:

I definitely will not be quiet when given the short end of the stick in exchange for something I paid good money for.

I like this game, and would like to see it continue.  
However this downtime without any contact/information is frustrating to say at the least.

IN MY TIME THAT IVE PLAYED THIS GAME

I'VE LEARNED AFEW THINGS

1. THE STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL

2. THE GAME IS A MONEY GRAB, PRICES ARE INFLATED

3. ENDLESS FRUSTRATIONS AND STUPID STUFF, LIKE TIME LIMIT ON MODDING EVENT CHARACTERS

4. EU SERVERS SUCK PERIOD

5. WHEN SHIZ GOES DOWN ON EU, US WILL ALWAYS BE OK

6. I CAN'T CUSTOMIZE MY CHARACTER, SPIRIT BLADE REALLY SUCKS

7. WHEN U DON'T LIKE A PLAYER ON UR SERVER U CAN'T GET RID OF THEM

8. SOMETIMES I WISH I WAS THE ONLY 1 IN MY RYOKA

9.MERGED SERVERS SUCK

10. LAST BUT NOT LEAST, THIS GAME OUGHT TO SHUT DOWN EVENTUALLY
One of my guildmates charged back his money via paypal, but is still playing casually.

What the staff needs is more help and better developers.
Which is why I offered my help

If they let me have a look at the code/database I could learn the entire thing in less than 2weeks - 1month.

The problem right now for me is an unresponsive database, or the server that holds user data for EU S61 is down.

It gets past all the cdn's and grabs the resources, which doesn't really make sense to me, because the last part is: "Login Game Server..."

Why bother letting the user receive static assets from CDN's when they can't even get past the "Login Game Server...." screen?
Wouldn't it serve to lower costs to short-circuit serving assets from CDNs if the player isn't even going to be able to connect to the game server?
But then again, maybe it's better to serve the static assets first, because logging in "usually" takes no time at all; it's a verification of username/password and retrieving the user's saved information, but it's still time, and once the verification is done, the user no longer has to wait for assets to be compiled and rendered during the time of the verification process.

-shrug-
I'd like to learn more through contributing to this company, as I have an interest in browser games as mentioned before.
But it doesn't seem like there's any response to any of my inquiries thus far.
