I think that would be fair to a lot of people. I know quite a bit of people fell short of UBP due to the loss of crystals so reinmbursing them like they did with Visored Revenge would be nice. Seeing as it hasn't happened when UBP came out though leads me to believe they probably won't.

Perhaps them postponing UBP another week and adding Tensa is a way for them to make up for it, although half of the people didn't have enough time to make this UBP either.
Hopefully they just give everyone 10k crystals for free or something, but probably not
