Assuming you're level 94

There are two ways from your main screen

Click Partners.  -bottom middle of game screen-
Within that pop up of your partner info.  -click Tavern-
Close that pop up of your partner info.  -top right of pop up; the [x]-
Kenpachi Zaraki is a level 90 partner, so he should smack dab in your face now.
Click on Kenpachi Zaraki.  -one of the partners on screen-
Hover over the stars.  -under kenpachi zaraki's main picture, there will be faint stars-
Enjoy.

Second way from Main Screen.
Click Modify Partner. -top right, Left of World Map circle, close by Hueco Mundo Attack-
Within the Tavern Tab, click Enter Modification. -below picture of any tavern hero you own-
Within Modification, click on the right slider tab.  -Tiny little tickers next to the partner picture-
Click the right slider tab again. -is kenpachi zaraki showing yet?-
Yes - Look at his modifications.
No - Click the right slider tab again.
