as its impossible to kill a 5 mill hp stark in one shot

It's not impossible, but oneshot kills directly, doesn't look any different from normal attack aside from just doing so much more damage. But its possible that your team is just that weak compared to his, because the oneshot has low chance and doesn't nearly ever proc on more than 1.

If attacks do excatly the damage as the characters current HP then its instant kill. if they do more its either ignore damage or 300% effect

That Starrk had that much hp, whilst the Kensei dealt 5287047 damage, which is just a little over the amount of Starrk's HP, so this is most likely to be what the others have stated already, a 300% damage effect or Ignore Enemy Defence effect ^^

choose both kensei and brenji because they can be used for both pvp and pve

Ok most of your team gets oneshotted so it has to be the oneshot rein, nothing more to it.
