I started a new char and I wish to be pure f2p on it. I'll still play on my main toon, no worries.

I was actually planning to play a stacked tavern Byakuya (for that pve exclusive and death mod). Tavern Kisuke's of course going to be in there too. Let's suppose I'll focus on Zabimaru until I get a better zanp from UBP, and run a constant 0-3-2 formation.

So, current team would be Main, Kisuke and Byakuya. There's room for one more assaulter, and one more support. So I wanted to discuss on options.

I was thinking of Exclusive Ukitake with Yama from Soul Culti. But what other option would I have? Let's say exclusive Tosen. What support could he fit with?

Exclusive shunsui and\exclusive gin
Gin is really good because ohf his final mod if they ever fix it and his 5th mod which gives him 20\30 fury when attacked (even by zanpakuto skill) which can t1 him with a few fury stones inlade if enemy is faster than you
For assaulters byakuya is better than yama over all IMO
Hollowed ichigo if youre gonna stack on your assaulters Just bought byakuya myself yesterday and im gonna be stacking on him until hes as strong as my coyote or zentos mc

I suggest you to use this formation for f2p account..

Zanpakuto : a good one from UBP (Tensa if you are lucky, or Senbonzakura)

Vanguard : H.Ichigo (meat shield)

Assault : Byakuya (for PVP) and Uryuu (For PvE)

Supporter : Kyoraku (with his Exclusive) and Kisuke

F2P party...   sounds like you are PVE heavy, and as a non vip, early game especially, pve is what you want...  now honestly, a pure VIP0 is kind of shit...  personally I'd get it to VIP4 so you can skip battle...  as you have been a VIP your whole game experience, I don't see you lasting long without skip battle and other VIP bonuses...

as a VIP4, my recomendation is this

Kiuske              MC (kido)
                       Pan Grim (Quincy U for pure VIP0)
Cute Orihime     Byaukua

kisuke and orihime have a very small use for kido stones so you can stack them on your kido main...   pan grim will stop healing in your vang foes and hitting very nicely for pve (quincy U for the crit bonus and very high damage%), Kiuske of course for the easy T1, and cute to boost block, attack, and finish off your T1 on your assaulter line with the bare minimum of stones

as for a zan, Zabi is for sure a great zan, and there is no way I could suggest who to get from UBP, lol  but if you do top up to VIP4 for the skip battle, topping up for Ultra hero can easily net you a Sogyo

ofc, and even if he were to get exclusive, urahara's exclusive is quite crappy cuz as some1 pointed out, the member with least hp its usually the least important and least helpfull in the formation

but then again what i said so far its from my own point of view and nobody its forced to make the exact changes i suggest which are based on my own play style, everybody can choose what they want but forum is a quite good place to pick up info on which partner works good with who and whats better suited for a pve formation and pvp formation

You can get sogyo also from legend gallery , also zabi and cute have dmg rate buff so they dont work best together if you want to get max silver from pve

He has way too many srength characters to focus on making his growth very slow
I too went with ikkaku because of fury return and combo..... I paired hum up with kiskue and cute orihime so that he would skill every round in pve

I am vip 0 too and my byakuya is v strong ,hes the best option from tavern.u can play 1-2-2 formation as i do with my main ghost or go for 1-3-1 for kido main

just vit bank for UBP partners and you're good to go. Get Harribel for daily Mod Dojo, she's also great for PVP, she also gets early Chaos with Lv30 exclusive against enemy Assaulters.

sogyo from legend gallery takes 1k gold top up and a ton of work...  from ultra hero he takes 2800 top up, no work, keep your gold...   anyone that got Sogyo from legend gallery that isn't an ULTRA low VIP (VIP2-3) is a fool IMO

and i know zabi and cute don't stack, but cute gives that block rate, which is a big deal, plus she builds fury and hits harder than any of the other fury builders that a VIP0 has access to without UBP

let me just say this...  the OP clearly stated he was going 0-3-2, no vang...   yet almost every setup i've seen here includes a vang...  

anyone that has been on the forums for over a month has seen this guy...  his main is a high VIP and he obviously at least has a basic grasp on the game...  enough to know if he wants to run a vang or not...   just my 2 cents

u seem to still miss my point, what im tryin to say it remove completly one assaulter, imo tavern ken and put cute as a second suport even tho u use tensa, her rit 45 fury regen + block wont be that bad for losin tensa dmg buff, and the stones from ur tav ken use between ikka and vg the swap gear vg>ken for es/ryoka, ken>vg csb/hma/whatever
havin 4 str type partners takes way too much work and benefits are crap

Well the fury she gives to assaulters + kisuke would allow exclusive Bya to skill every turn, and give a good deal of bonus damage to Tosen, which sure is nice. But purple rukia could do that as well, so I need to know how worth is that block buff. (I dont even remember how much it gives).

yep, the event zabi renji which got put in Black market shop for 500g and which is also a dmg bond for csb kenny, but yeh u right, unless u get zabi renji for shura bond hes a wasted bag / partener slot

yeh that whould defeat the purpose of makin a f2p acc, to get zabi renji u either have to pay 500g in black market or top 2k gold and seein as first top up event thing keeps popin up every now and then whould get u boobygiku aint what u wanna do.

I got him from legend gallery was not that hard work, im vip 4 when i started to play i just top up 2k to be vip so i couldnt get him from ultra, anyway any vip 4 that doesnt get him is doing stupid move if he doesnt have better zanp ofc

Concentrate on PVE to take as fast as possible 80 than save energy for UBP, farm ToT 80-100lvl (not reincarnate and do not rush to raise level upper 100)
2 x Renji + Kisuke + rukia ,zabimaru (to fast take Shin Renji do not raise Mains BP more than 15k, with this value will be a fast farm Hueco mondo, do not take in the formation other partners until accumulate 70 renji coupons)
Wait for nice SSS partner, and invested in he, everything that has accumulated during this time.
So make sure that your clan will win in Ryoka (20 coup every day)
It will take about six months to do this, if you have enough patience ...

no, actually she overwrittes the buff from allmost every zanp except sogyo, but yeah, if u get 55+% block on ur as line +her 30% block buff then u'll gain an extra dmg from blockin aswell so its not a total loss as most think

I got mine from Ultra Hero before legend gallery came out...  the fact remains, the advice here was given to someone that said they wanted to be a VIP0, which keeps legend gallery out of the equation in any case, lol

If you are creating f2p alt then I would advise you to prioritize creating team with characters you like the most since you probably won't care that much about your alt being competive but for greatest efficiency something like that should work pretty good:
For PvE: c.orihime/urahara/byakuya/ikkaku/main(kido because c.orihime and urahara don't need wisdom stones as much as ikkaku and bya need strenght stones)- that team is easy to t1 and with enough critic stones everyone except main will skill every round and also hit pretty hard+ ikkaku can have pretty nice combo
for PvP: similar to PvE but exchange c.orihime for exclusive kyouraku- invincibility is nice for every kind of formation but in formation without vanguard it should work especially well covering your major weakness (lack of defence), also get sui-feng and work on her modification, once you get her to 6th mod (speed halo) put her in ikkaku's place, that way everyone in your team would have some role for which they are suited: urahara for easy t1, kyouraku for invicibility, bya as main damage dealer, sui-feng to provide more speed to kyouraku and as additional damage dealer (btw she can decrease defense of enemy's assaulters so you might want her to be faster than bya) and main because he has to be there, you can of course put sui-feng in that formation before 6th mod but I doubt she would make a difference, don't use any other placeholders in her place (if you will plan to run her of course) since it would require to focus on too many characters tho. Of course there is also ubp so maybe planning to use partner from tavern lvl 100 after her 6th modify isn't too wise since you may get something better on her place from ubp before she even reaches that 6th modify but that still remains best f2p team without vanguard I can imagine Anyway, PvP gonna be hard for f2p without stacked vanguard.

lol, from legend gallery sogyo requires only 4 things, 2 of them you get after reaching accumulate 2k gold top-up (unlike ultra hero where you actually have to top-up during one specifing event rotation), 3rd is partner for only 200 purple reishi and 4th is zabimaru- zanpaktou which everyone will get sooner or later (just 35 lvl of reiatsu), that's not a ton of work at all and what's more important is that by getting sogyo from legend gallery you don't lose anything while by getting it from ultra hero you lose 2800 points in ultra hero which could have been used better, nowadays it's foolish to get sogyo from ultra hero

the 2800 points in ultra hero can't really be spent better unless you are talking about Hyorin, and he's really not that great unless you are running a stacked vang and some fast supports... unless you want a vang toshi for some reason as he's is 2k points and CAN be a solid vang, especially early game...  Zabi Renji is a good choice, but for that same 2k gold top up, he comes free elsewhere...  as for shinji Hirakko, you get a free yama, so he's busted, then D Rukia...  but cute orihime is free too, so that's scratched as well

plus, I got sogyo in late 2015 so that was by far the cheapest place to get them, lol

I'm playing this alt only for fun indeed, to get a new challenge (This is my 4th server, first and second were on indo servers, vip4-6, 3rd is my main Diane, almost vip9) as I never experienced real f2p. Woud be nice to meet #2 and #3 from my main server in CSB and beat them with that new vip0 lol. I currently have Sado, and gonna get Koma/H.Ichigo for when I need them (late ryoka waves and some pvp matches), but besides that, I wanna play a constant 0-3-2.

So right now objective is : Main (Kido),TavernBya, Exclusive Tosen , TavernKisuke and Cute Ori. Seems like good enough potential for a vip0. Might change a bit with what I may get in UBP. Really, I think I'm gonna have a lot of fun with that alt, except one thing : Fucking reaitsu.

stacking vanguard is pretty common tho and because hyorin is cheap and vanguard-focused he is perfect zan for many low and middle vips (while he still  can be pretty powerful for some higher vips as well), also those 2800 points can be used as part of some bigger purchase or simply whole top-up can be spared for event with better rebates.
plus, I got sogyo in late 2015 so that was by far the cheapest place to get them, lol

Hi Diane Haven't been on lately due to cleaning but I'll help ya.

First of all, C.Ori is not as good as other options if her buff doesn't work. Indeed the block boost is naisu, but getting Assaulters past 90% block rate as f2p will take a while, so giving your Assaulters a set of block stones is easier and faster. Otherwise C.Ori will boost your Assaulters block rate only a bit as they will hit 90% max.

Also 2 wis partners is best so you can split your stones as they are scarce. Ukitake and Tousen Ex. skills are simlar, so pick Uki over Tou as Ukitake is Wis and his Ex. Skill is better.
Kisuke a given

Byakuya Ex. Skill good PvE/PvP an death mod godly in void.
Main a given
Tousen if you have ex frags to spare, but wait to get him. Yama for first Soul Cult, then switch out for Tousen if you can unlock his Ex. Skill.

Zan. should be Kaze for PvP obv. as you want that speed. Zab for PvE. I'm sure Zab seems nice for PvP, but you really need that speed.
Conclusion: Kisuke - Ukitake  
                    Main  -  Byakuya    -  Tousen (Yama as a sub in case you can't get Tousen Ex. Skill fast enough)
    ZAN- Kaze(PvP)   Zab(PvE)

quick tip on reiatsu. get auto clicker, set to 6 seconds, put in left corner of the jugs opening (farthest right jug) and watch netflix and relax till silvers gone.

Cleaning keeps getting the best of me. But if you're getting Tousen and Byakuya, what would you pick for your 2nd support after Kisuke? Getting C.Ori just for her Block rate buff to assaulters or for her fury would lower your dmg output in the early game until you reach mid-late game. You would have to have your assaulters past their 90% max block rate. Your best bet for early-mid game would be to get both Kisuke and Rukia to T1 your team or if you crit you can get Tousen to skill every round since he gains fury every turn I think

Well actually, I might not get Cute Ori cause she'd be the one who'll get swapped for an ubp partner (If its an assaulter, I get Tousen out and get ukitake to replace ori anyway). Might just get Rukia and focus on my front line harder.

Before I get asked : Kisuke > Cute Ori just cause he's soooo simpler to T1 + T1 the whole team (fury mod + gives fury to all, not just assaulters).

Byaku has the speed to T1 and he is designed to be the second stronger char on the team. b'Coz he is supposed to DIE in action before the stronger char on the team and hit the dying skill doing a HUGE damage to the opposite team. So you see, you fucking moron, NOT a PVE char at all! Byaku is glass cannon for PVP only.

You are right 100% about that he is pvp partner, but if you get him to lvl 30 ex skill he attacks with 300% and restores 30% fury so i think thats why they all say he is good in pve, if you dont have his ex skill he sucks in pve ofc

yama is on par with a well built Byaukua in pvp, but in pve there is no comparison (assuming you have Byaukua's very easy to get exclusive skill) as even on the first stage he deals 300% damage and regens own fury...  that's nearly Shura Kenpachi levels...  then at level 50 (still doable even for F2Ps) it jumps to 400% damage and 50 fury regen (I think)...  after that, assuming you have patience...  at level 70 or 80, it jumps again to the godly 500% damage rate and an impressive 70 fury gain...  on a partner with 70 to 80 exclusive levels on him, lol   Byaukua is currently the premium tavern assaulter at any level...   Byaukua and Quincy U in the middle row is the tavern god-tier partner team IMO...  with a Tavern Kiuske and Cute Orihime back there to boost fury, block, and attack...  Main with 8th skill giving both himself and Byaukua 100% combo rate...F2Ps are getting lots of bones thrown their ways, only most of them refuse to see it and work with what they have
