How to acquire new zanpakuto?

You earn some through quests (Most of the C class ones are under this), some you earn through achievements(not fully set up yet), some you get through events(Gegetsuburi for example), Tobiume you get from first top-up, and others you can get from Alliance war shop(Not set up yet). The S-Class zanpaktou haven't been set up yet though.
