Hello,
I'm currently level 74 with this formation : Sado(30k Bp), Main(52k Bp), Renji(37k Bp), Ichigo(36k Bp), Momo(37k Bp)/Rukia .
I finally got 1k Gold Reishi, but I'm not sure if I should get Sajin to replace Sado or Yoruichi to replace Ichigo for a 1-2-2/Momo for a 1-3-1.
Or should I maybe even wait till level 80 and get a level 80 partner ?
Please help me out

If you want to focus on pvp, get yoruichi first ( don't bother if you're not top5 in arena)
If you want to focus on pvp/pve, get sajin (You'll be able to last longer in royka waves = more dmg)
Best advice I can give you is to aim for a pve team and later on focus on pvp. With a good pve team you'll be able to do make more coins and with more coins, you can get other chars.. ;)
Try to aim for: Rukia,Uruhara - Main,ikkaku,renji(SWP)* - Sajin
*Feel free to get grimjow but I think you need to be vip1 for his upgrade ( if you're vip, take him>renji)

I advice get Komamura Sajin because he increases your survivability rate and help you complete certain stages & battles like in Seireitei Soul Palace and etc..
