I blame the 100% rebate thing became permanent..as soon that came the rewards from some events have been nerfed cause of that

By That He Means Like In The Old Days Buff Once Stacked Like Having 2 50 % Attack The Buff Wasnt Rewritten Over By Another You Could Stack Damage Buff Also Well Everything Stacked ...
