This event is kind of strange in the way it works. You choose the 1 to 3 items you want by checking them then click confirm. You do not receive the items after that, you have to refresh the shells. Then you have to find items under the new set of shells or click the one-click open all button. After doing those steps. you will get your item. Mayuri say that if you purchase an item there, it will appear in the next shells grid but since the shells grid reset daily your purchase may have dissapear, may not be in the grid yet or may be in the current grid (if the daily reset work the same than the refresh option). The only way to know is to fully clear the current grid, and if they aren't refresh and fully clear this grid.
