Why is alliance battle on when most people go to sleep? Can't you just change the time? This will only help people who play 24/7 on this game, which is completely unfair, more or less, sleep is important to daily life.

That is already possible, look in inventory and go to partners to attach them to people. Also fortify accessories will help level them.
