Like TheJayson said, the hit rate is missing, but also the counter, beside that it makes me think you didn't socket your gears at all ? You must have 7 stones slots in each gears by looking at your stats, you could make a 8th slots for the counter, without counter the survivability is very terrible, anybody with 100% crit can removes at least 25% of Yama's HP, the best is to replace the STA stones by counter.

nice work on that but i have to say going full block is better than dodge at this point 98% of high lvls have 250+ hit rate but at the other hand break is cap at 90 or mostly
