Today I was loading up 50$, the payment said it was processed, yet i didn't receive the 2k Gold.

I also encountered this just today, I loaded 10$, the payment was been processed but no gold was there.
I also used payment wall on my purchase.
I am hoping to solve this issue as soon as possible.
