what are the partners and how much will they be on what days?I'm going to top up for an ultimate set and maybe a partner too if it's priced within reason like 24 isn't bad for like renji or shini yoru

i have shini yoruichi hence i dt use sexy yoruichi in pvp, i would have had i not got shini yoruichi and replaced ikkaku with sexy yorui if so for pvp. i run a 1-2-2 for pvp

Sexy Yoru is a better replacement for Kisuke essentially.

i thought i would go for renji, luckily i didn't and got sexy yorui from reio instead last time. sexy yorui for pve cos she adds that extra damage to support who anyways doesnt do that much damage. i get now 12m in ES, am lvl 101 now.

I wish I didn't get Zabi and got Sexy instead..  but sadly I got gold happy and got Zabi too fast, lol

Sexy Yoru is exceptionally better =_=
+25 team fury, and higher atk, and much higher base stats, good both in PvE or PvP

All partners are in tier 4. And All partners ( with the exception of shini yoryuichi ) at 24 tokens. Shini Yortuichi is 30. It is literally second post of this thread.

When most people refer to Sexy Yorui being one of the best Person Versus Event chars:
They're basing it solely for Evil Spirit and Ryoka


Shinigami Yoruichi is best at all the other Player vs Events such as:
Guild War, Seireitei, Espada, Modify Partner


To clarify any confusion at all.

Aristeaus is right to say Sexy Yoru is probably only second to Isshin for Ryoka/ES

I dunno, Sexy is ok for pvp and other pve as well. Vanguard killer formations are a thing after all. Bit harder to do in this game as opposed to UN, since Zanpakuto almost always increase VG stats, but it is possible. She also can make a 1-3-1 fury boost team work. T1 Urahra into T1 Sexy into T1 everything is fairly strong. I would venture to say its even stronger then trying to run a 2-2-1 with Rukia and Urahara. And you see that 2-2-1 formation all the time in pvp.

Shini Yoruichi is #3 on my list of most powerful characters in the game though. It is hard to argue with her ability.

yes, that is when we swap our partners from pvp formation, only for ES and ryoka. espada/mod partner are all situational , i wouldnt add that to pve since we are talking abt a specific team formation. so yeah ES and ryoka sexy yorui is best, go for her but then don't get other players later cos u will be confused and wont allot time for mod tiers for each.

She can be a huge asset for pvp too, if you can make a domino fury effect, using t1 urahara on her if she can start 100 fury and give fury to others to start also 100 fury you'll have a t1 team fury, she's good and combined with ishin your dmg in pve will be monster

he's on my list but not in this event, i'll deal with gin using yoru stun for now and i you can make her faster and t1 her too she can at least reduce his fury and avoid the skill

I was going to use him in both. I don't have many characters, this will actually be my first bought character from an event. Kisuke has a solid attack 170% , builds fury, and also silences enemy supports and with his agility 30% I can out speed other Gin's easier for pvp arena. For PVE he'd replace Rukia, allowing for better treasures/more damage. Also I'm getting Pantera Grim in a week, so I wasn't sure if another assaulter would be good since my main set up is 1-2-2.

Shinigami Urahara does not replace Rukia in most PvE situations. He builds fury for himself, which while great for PvP/Espada, etc, is not really what you want for ES/Ryoka compared to Rukia building fury for 3 assaulters.

That being said, he is certainly not bad for ES/Ryoka at all. He will skill, at the very least, once every other round for 170%, and if you give him high end crit, or pair him with tavern Urahara, he will skill every round.

Ah that's where I was mistaken, I was thinking he built fury for everyone. Making him a little less desirable now. Maybe I'll Grab Sexy Yourichi instead and run Main/Sexy/Grim/KisukeT1 Fury/Rukia instead for PVE.

Heh sexy yoruichi is definitely a solid purchase, at the very least if you compare it to the average prizes in this game. She is and end game character with good abilities and if you do it smartly she will cost less than 6k gold which is a really good deal if you compare it to 16-35k gold cost for most decent partners in other events like UBP if you didnt have any vitality or 72k gold for shinsoo gin who is end game partner as well...

I was aiming towards more PVE then PvP. Need more Silver and kills in Ryoka. Being able to control the support line in PvP is a HUGE plus though but when it eventually becomes a one shot fest I'm not sure if it's that worth wild. I would have to give up Assault Fury boost from Rukia since finding out he doesn't boost everyone's. Which I think would actually hurt my DPS over all. Was hoping for a real solid team as Grim/Main/Isshin with 8th Skill to see how that worked out with two Urahara's backing.

Agreed. Sexy Yoruichi is to this day in CN one of the best PvE characters. She is truly a endgame event character, and spending 6k gold on her knowing she will be good for a long while is probably one of the wisest ways to spend gold in this game, short of Isshin, and maybe Shinigami yoruichi and Shinigami Urahara.

Last event I wanted to see who the last day char was, but was told from Indo server it was recycle of Toshiro...
Thought I got 'stuck' with Shinigami Urahara, because it was recycle of Zabi / Toshiro which I already owned.

Turns out, after getting Shinigami Urahara, no one on my server save for 3 people could even damage me at all, not even with their zanpaktous.
Two of them were in my guild.  And the last guy is different clan, but friendly with me.

Long story: After getting Shinigami Urahara, I achieved Triple Crown title from GW
Don't underestimate the use of Shinigami Urahara.  He is total support lane control.  
Don't even need to worry about the Aizens later, because they'll just get silenced.  
Has made my fights in CSB/HMA a cake walk until the last 2...  which I feel are predetermined to be stacked against you.

There is no chance with Shini Urahara. Even if you ran CSB Aizen, you probably would run another controller to ensure at least one lane is dealt with.

Shini Urahara eats supports alive. Well, aside from full modded Ultima Aizen ( who is immune to silence ), but lets be honest, that is like 3 years away for even VIP 10 full refresh dojo on Aizen, lol.

Running Urahara with someone like Harribel/Gin, or hell, even Tosen to control assaulters is very very strong. It is one of the most common strategies in UN. You can frontload agility/speed on your controllers and not have to worry about it on assaulters at all, since they will 100% get to skill.

While this is a longer, more attrition based team comp, it is very effective.

Tosen does seem underused. His skill seems pretty solid, I'm surprised he gets zero love. I still am missing the ever elusive triple crowned title. I get around 20~ win streak then die every time LOL.

I happen to ask my guild mates purposefully not enter the single lane we have, in order for me to achieve that title.
Otherwise there aren't enough people to kill; need to average 3.4 kills per minute to get title.

And the #2 in our server has told me he doesn't play certain days, so I planned accordingly.

Just so I'm not putting Shini Urahara on a pedestal, haha

Well you are lucky I would need incredible luck on my side to achieve that title on my server because 2 strongest ppl are in different clan and guild and usually atleast one attend and are against me. Then my guildmate also attends and he has +- same power as me + usually very little people attend the GW as we have been having single line for quite some time now...So for me to get this title I would need 3 strongest people to either be offline or not participating and a lot of weaker guys attending and still there are like 2 or three behind me who may have like 200k bp less but still would probably kill me before I would reach 100 kills in a row
Also I hate you guys.. I didnt want to purchase anything in this event except getting that package with 8 fury stones, but your constant talk about shini urahara and how good he is slowly getting to me and I might end up getting him. Not to mention that I cant disprove your claim because his skillset is great and he has good basic stats

Look at it this way Speed is the most important stat in pvp. If your characters go first, you probably win.

Opposing characters all have 10000 speed each ( just a reference point ).

Your Shinigami Urahara and Harribel/Gin have 10001 speed each. Your other characters have 100 speed.

Your Urahara skills first, Silences Enemy supports. Harribel/Gin skills, Reduces fury by 50 at the minimum. Their VG Skills. Their team all attacks and gains fury. Your Main skills. Your VG skills. Your 5th character skills.

Even though your two control characters only have 1 speed faster then the opponents, your entire team skills before everyone except for the vanguard. In essence, your 100 speed Main, VG, and 5th character act as though they have higher speed then the 10k speed opponents.

You could do the same thing with Tavern Yoruichi, but you can only delay so long that way. Shinigami Urahara is permanent support control, and does a ton of damage, allowing you to take much better advantage of the extra time gained by control.

If you ran a team of: Shinigami Urahara, Harribel/Gin, SWP Toshiro, Main, VG, you could permanently control both the Supports and the Assaulters. Harribel/Gin reduce the fury of the assaulters, SWP Toshiro locks them so they can only use skill attacks ( which they cannot do with less then 100 fury ), Urahara locks supports.

The only real vulnerability you have is full T1 assaulters ( without support help ), but that is rare to see so far. That is just one example of how you could run a control team.

again, this stun works on level differences. out of 4 fights i have against the top in csb, my gin can stun his one assaulter 1-2 times only. he is char lvl 8lvls higher than me and also has 10-12 lvls reiatsu higher than me.

i am sure the silence of urahara also works in that way, not sure, do let me know if otherwise. ie if it works 100% on a higher lvl character too

Gin's strength isn't stunning. It is the fury reduction. As I said in the post you quoted, that would ensure that all of your team get to skill before the opponent ( well, his VG gets to still ). If he does happen to stun, that is just a bonus.

Now what can you do with 3 free skills? The possibilities....
How often do you say you would lose the fight if your entire team skilled before the enemy? Rather low.

I have never once seen Urahara fail a silence. I have fought people 20 levels above me. That is not to say that he is absolute. Immune rate and control rate defense can stop it. But at the same time, Control rate growth would counter the control defense. So essentially, Immune rate %, which is generally rarely higher then 10%.

Have you seen Urahara fail a silence that didn't say AVOID when you did it?

thanks a ton for that, i had completely forgotten about the gin stun (i was thinking of something else the whole time and adjusted my formation accordingly), and yeah thanks to the negate fury reminder i could finish espada 1 5v5 , added yoruichi instead of kisuke and her along with gin negated the opp team fury, and i won.

now it all makes sense, thanks again

Anyone remembers what were the last items under that 3rd guy who has sets and accessory?? I am asking because I am thinking about getting one lvl 100 accessories because we hardly ever have enough online ppl in the time of alliance battle on server so spirit forging accessory is a nightmare and if it were again on the last day then I could get it cheaper because you could just choose what you wanted and getting tokens just for that for cheaper prize.

I got level 100 access last time, but TBH, the level 100 Equip is a better deal
You can always spirit forge access through time.

Equip has to be bought.  But that's my opinion =]

well i am really happy lucky in this event rioe, my aim was to get the cyclone set, no intention to get anything else since i had built up some free tokens for the 2nd time coming for the cyclone.

i perfect my way to ichibi then i did 4th janken free and got 19 free tokens then saw urahara for next day i just did i some free janken and raised gold to get the last 3 tokens happy days lol.
