i do has one 90 set but cant use it yet it brings me down to 300k something with stones from the other equips

You need far more defense and offense. I'm level 90 and have 135k BP. You need big time upgrades imo.

that's really low..

as far as i remember..
i beat 2nd espada with this stats

main kido: 58k attack 34k kido def 18k ph def 105khp
koma: 43k attack 175k hp 27k ph def 22k kido def
ikkaku: 55k attack 110k hp
unohana and kisuke 47k attack 90k hp

at least unohana can heal 3x
