I think it has something to do with the new topup event. If not, then they might not be accepting payment through paypal anymore.author: minolz time: 2014-7-30 04:25:00
The dev are working to fix the problem with paypal payment ( After the EU server ). They will also put extra benefiet on topup ( when you topup,you can get extra in-game item ) . Hope this will help you
