top up for 200 gold but didnt receive in game. I use payment wall and the money already deducted, please fix this

I have the same problem. USD20 deducted but no gold. I used AMOPAY and saw an error message which was "PayPal API error", if I remember correctly. US Server 15, char name: Hojo Rin

I am filing with my bank tomorrow if the proper transactions are dropped from my bank account and the one that was successful going through actually processes. They said they would file an affidavit up for me then give me the money back.

Same thing happened to me I topped up 200$ and it said it was declined but took the money from my account still.
