Same problem here,

First top up (1200g) went through just fine after that i started getting a payment error and stopped receiving any further in game gold. I gave it a few more tries but despite having all of the payments fail my bank account was still charged (for every failed attempts). Please note that the goal was to only top up 2400g in total by doing two separate transaction other payments were not intended.

I've posted in another post, but no one seems to care, so I'll do the same here. I've charged 4000 gold into my account, and I didn't receive it (80USD=4000 gold), and the money did come out of my account, so I would like to receive what I paid for. Name: Tajima Sayaka; server: EU S1

I got same problem on server 22 US
top up for 200 gold but didnt receive in game. I use payment wall and the money already deducted, please fix this

Same problem here, wanted to top up for 15 dollar, the first 10 dollar worked, but after that i just got errors,
thought i mistyped something and tried like 3-4 times again

I want the gold for my money!

Same here, used 20USD for 800 gold but didn't show in game, and my money deducted.
