or
fully reinforced and forged Riot acc (140 lvl Campain)?

I know my 110 ultimate set is slightly worse, and my 130 ultimate is noticeably stronger... I"d wager they are on par with each other

difference isn't big but csb accessories are a little bit better and easier to lvl up
