below level 90 it's not really suggested, and personally, at level 90, you should start saving for SA...  UBP is tempting for sure, but stones are where it's at...  maybe hit one UBP first to get a good partner to stack on, but once you have one, maybe two stars, you would be a fool not to hit SA hard and often

Sa for not only stones, which are nice, but for Miz mod soul frags, hogu enhance talismans, and shinto pills...   all are very nice to have on hand...  maybe some socket stones if you need them

Lv1 is the best time to start saving vitality, but best time to use it is Lv159
