Is anyone haveing problem with hogyoku,it disapired as option,it shoud be moved to daily but i don't have it there.Someone have same problem?

It looks they changed min lvl up to 70 and would not change anything. But first 2 slots shall stay for 40 and 50 lv respectively. Idiocy...author: Rexerino time: 2015-1-15 23:29:05

I just became level 70 & Hogyoku Icon reappeared + King of Hallow Souls + Hollow soul map.
The reason why Hallow Soul Map is black for Level 69 & Under is because it's not usable until lvl 70.
