I have a Zanpakuto with 114% bonus and how do I get the other zanpankuto bonus are the 110%.

What you do with Zanpakuto is collect souls from soul hunt to upgrade via cultivation.
The Upgrade levels are Original, Shikai, Bankai, Hogy.
Shikai adds 2%
Bankai adds another 2%
Hogy add another 2%?
Located at the top before stats.

zanpakuto with 114% is upgraded to bankai. rest of your zanpakutos are original.
