Ok lets do this again, the lv of the equpment must be lv50, "the equipment" not reinforced to lv50 that are diferent things, maybe some SS can help

You misunderstood it. It means that gears that has been forged only by level 50 materials and above are the only gears that you are able to spirit forge.
