Hello good day.
Today I entered the game, as usual, and suddenly this message should be displayed when loading the server to enter.

I've tried changing the name but I get this error too.

what worries me is that I lose all my progress, and I'm not Vip. and it took me reach level 56 and 24 reiatsu.

Report Manager to help me solve this problem. I do not want to abandon this game for this small mistake that ever happened to me.

they did mergers today so odds are some one else had that name and logged in first. on the brite side if you change your name you should not lose anything you have earned.

2 info to share to you

1) Servers was merged and probably your name is repeated so you need a new name

2) Your new name's limit is 6 alphabet
