the reason they have issues with Paypal for the site , is that there are so many people outside the us playing on these servers and alot of them have accesses to stolen paypal accounts allowing them to top up huge amounts and it falls back on the company,

well, i'd have to say that's better than a permanent removal of paypal. cause its risky to use visa direct.
