Why has PayPal has been removed? I topuped already2 times using paypal but i dont see it anywhere.

Well, I've heard from some people in my server that they've removed paypal completely. Similar to in Unlimited Ninja.
Not really sure as to why tho. Probably some royalty issues or something.

I cant use visa if i have mastercard and if i have mastercard i cant withdraw to my bank account sicne paypal doesnt allow it.

They won't bring Paypal back because paypal's policy for the selling of intangible goods (virtual credits/gold) is not supported under Paypal's seller protection.. so you could max out to vip 10 through paypal.. and file a claim saying you don't recognize the charges.. and get it all back.. = VIP 10.. for free..

granted that may get you booted from the game.. but nonetheless I guarantee that's why it's been removed.

Can't use pay pal balance.

Best bet to get gold is PaymentWall as AmoPay is all kinds of messed up atm.
