So his skill is - Attack all enemies, growth rate is 130%, chance of decreasing enemy fury by 10 points and stun for 3 rounds, stun rate is affected by level difference.

My question is that whether the fury reduction and stun are both a chance or is any one of them certain?

Also Has anyone got him in the CN server yet?

the stun is like momo's stun, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't

chance is for fury reduct, unlike mugetsu which is 100% it's only a slight chance of activation just like shinso gins stun
