keeps only giving me an option to start a new character. cant find my original character

In the same area in which you put your login info it will tell you the server you played on. Do you know which day you started playing?

itried logging out and logging in and it didnt show anything. it normally tkes me straight to the game but not today

No problem happy to help, I was about to ask if it was EU or US. It would have been like 1 of 4 servers if it was US so. Good ^_^

Track down the servers. You probably choosed the wrong server. Log in into servers until you can find your own char

yes i have try this method for all servers, but my character wole is still mising, i will see with the support. ty for your help.

I have had that problem too. I know I was on US23 but now all 38 levels are gone. I only started this yesterday and it made me quite upset to find all my work is gone.
