I'm planning on getting Visored Hirako (Van), but I can't obtain those zanpakutos with 0% damage rate like Hyourinmaru. How can I increase the damage rate of Shinji to where it can cancel the 20% damage rate reduction of Kokujo Tengen Myo'o? I am currently working on obtaining the stones to improve Shinji as well. I know Sajin is one of the best tanks available, but Hirako is best suited for my playstyle. Not to mention I'm getting SWP Kenpachi whenever I reach level 100 for his coupons. Damage rate is a % rate assigned to a character. You can see it in the character stats menu, even. Things like set bonus's ( +5% damage ) is the same exact thing.
Truthfully though, without Hyorinmaru or eventually, Senbonzakura, it isn't really feasible to go full offensive VG. You can kinda make it work, but it will never be nearly as good. +20% damage and buffs is just so much more then Tengen provides.
