i tryed to top up on amopay and paymentwall but when it came up with an error i tryed again multiple times ecery time said it was an error but when i checked my bank ALL my money was gone game server US17 character zedonius
this is a great deal of money that i have lost and i need my money back

i had £261.71 and have gone down to £52.35 as i tryed multiple times thinking it was a connection error or such

any payment atemted to be made after 12pm united kingtom time zone would have been declined but still charged

This has happened to me as well. I spent $20 and it declined so I went back to $10 like I did earlier when it let me. I checked my bank account and I was charged for both. US-17 character Miho Yua

i dont have an actual transaction number because they said that it was declined it just automaticaly closed the window and went back into game but if its the same payment processing information as all payments through the service

i have just got off the phone with my bank and they have said that the payments were moved out of available funds and that on their end the money should be redeposited and become available again after processed

but i still have not had any messages from amopay regarding the declined payments and money

I got the same problem, would be glad if you could help, either give me my money back, or give the gold for the money <.< And how should i give you the transactions ID, whn there is no login option on thir page?

I was really happy about your support, but charging like 40 dollar for litterally NOTHING is robbery.
EDIT: I got lucky cause i copy pastad 2 errors to a friend:

They were all pre auth charges, they should be dropped off your statement in a day or two. Same happened to me and today I woke up with all my monies back.

While I do have to say using the other service my payment went through and that was also returned to me.

Stinks because I was top 10 on my server now all the goldies are ahead of me.

i tryed to pay with Visa but when it came up with an error i tryed again multiple times every time said it was an error (i tough it was my internet) but when i checked my bank ALL my money was gone, this happens on US S25 Rina Wataru (5 bucks), also on server EU S4 (40-30bucks) pls Give me back my money or my gold.

Same for some of mine, I did not really pay attention to it, I figured it was a website failure, I just did it again till it went through. Then I noticed my balance on my card....was a few hundred short. e_e

I'm a VIP 8, so there was quit a few failures in there, but I didn't bother getting any transaction numbers because it worked most of the time, the last time it failed I just switched to payment wall and worked everytime.

tried using amopay to top up yesterday and failed and took money out of my account but went and checked by bank account again this morning and the money was back in there, best to check with bank since its probably on their recordings as a still pending transaction so you might have to go in and cancel it manually rather than wait for it to get canceled by the bank or amopay themselves, used amopay in the past and worked fine but their maint probably screwed up payments, also paypal was nicer to have but have to live without topping up till they add it back or a different payment method that works all the time sadly

anyone from england give me an idea of how long it takes them to return from amopay into natwest because mine is still hideing in the 'pending' area of the internet and my bank wont cancel it or do anything about it unless it actualy leaves my bank account

i think admin dont care about whats happening here . we lost money you know. and its not some kind of joke that we just laugh like `oh, well i`ve been fool hahahha. no its not. its money were talking about and its really serious. money dont grow on trees you know,. hope you`ll fix it soon. give our money back or the golds. i lost almost or more than 120usd .

I guess that I am lucky that i have only lost 20 usd to declined transactions that ended up charging my bank. I am having the bank dispute the charges due to the fact that i did not get the gold that i was trying to buy. If i were to get the gold that i was charged for i would cancel the banks dispute. I just want to get my money back or the gold that i tried to buy.
