I'm still a novice at the game so I didn't pick up Orihime early in the game I am using Nemu as my healer and I'm currently at lvl 50. I have Nemu, Rangiku, Nanao, Ichigo, Sado, and Rukia. renji will benefit you the most since he's both good at pvp/pve in early lvls and he will last for a long time (until u get ikakku to replace him basically)
