Im just lvl 44 so its a normal formation, nemu, main,yumichika,sado

and i voted for shini yoru considering that you are lvl 44 so she well be better in pve than shini urahara and pretty good at pvp too so i think she is the best option in my opinion

skip both, pick up Shin Isshin, start early, build him hard, he will be your best friend
another good buy is Sexy Yourichi, but she's mainly for pve until you get her exclusive skill

a thought... if you are working to a #god-vang build on a budget, and plan to end up VIP5 at least, might I suggest pick up Hyorinmaru and Vang Toshiro... build the crap out of Toshi and when you get up enough in levels pick up Noza... I know I suggest him a lot, but in the price range you really can't hope to beat him

alicantibet is spot on, couldn't have said it better myself... if you are f2p you would only have them a week for all this work, and if you are VIP, top up and get more candies... confused at your pain here bro
