Thinking of replacing my Hiki in the near future and am wondering who to swap with. Need a speed freak whos capable of dishing out some dmg as well.

dont know if Raijin Yoru is still worth it or if i should get something like hasch/bankai tosh...

running a 2-2-1 with RJ

Hasch would be the best choice for defense, Tosh would be best for damage since he increases damage.

i like hasch since my muken will last longer in void, but im just wondering if he'll be a good opener. and also not sure how good his speed scaling is since most of the ones i go up against dont hit till after a raijin yoru goes first

eh, not really worried about that tbh, most people got muken so thats still about 8-12 months away in my battle group of changing the meta

because if you want her to be fast, she can be fast. Like, RJ vs. RJ, anything but KS. She has the advantage being fast. At least she has a chance to chaos your Muken and make him hit his own team and kill almost everyone lol! Since everyone will start stacking him... haha

isn't she used mostly for her mods and skill effect though? .. her damage is definitely weak but her mods and skill not so much.. especially her synergy with yhwach keeps both her and yhwach viable for awhile.

naw newer stuff is too tanky and with KS coming the cc will be wiped clean

Too tanky because of RJ 150% defense buff, but the partners max gives 20-50% def buff or avoid injury rate. They are a bit tankier but it's not about them. Even with KS, Raijin with RJ will still do pretty decent damage even though the debuff will clear. The description said clear allies debuff, so RJ buff will still be there. I don't think anyone has the US version of KS yet, so I can't be sure.

running muken so ywach and bankai genryusai are a no go. so raijin yoru probably isnt the best options i guess..

does valkyrie and hasch defense bonuses stack with RJ?

yeah the buffs that appear as icons and buffs that are applied through mods can be combined

only ...

kk, didnt really know how they gave their buffs since i dont play against them that much lol. but since they work together sounds like a really good defensive team comp

listen yano, i really dont wanna give ya a good advice since would be one extra enemy to take on csb, but hasch is pretty good for deff especially if u do valkyrie as well, but if u only wanna replace hiki, like one partner, toshi is a good option for u to chose.

Depends on where you are aiming and who is your opponent. Raijin is still one of the best engagers in game, but she is mostly useful against lower-tier partners. She is still viable due to insane base attack, but not that OP against top-tier cuz many of them are immune to chaos.

If you'r facing stacked Jugrams & Mukens i would say Bazz-b or Shunsui (if you can go straight for his exclusive) will do a better job.

lol i apreciate it, but its a matter of getthing the partners and getting them up so dont worry about csb for few months. i do appreciate the insight tho.

@xich tru- just aiming for high end since my goal is csb and void not low teir, thats why im tryingt o take a log of input

lol hasch is in past when u meet toshi hasch will be just a useless trash - no heal, no speed just a punchbag while raijin gives u chaos and a lot of speed( 10% aura and 15 % from her skill). Even more if u meet team like kioraku\toshi\raijin\muken - u will become as slow as tortoise so call her useless just shows that u understand nothing. And if u compare her to toshi difference in speed not that big 5% at most. Hasch will be usefull in pve no doubt but in pvp against toshi and muken he can do nothing

well, pve/ void that u want , hash would really help a lot since u dont have either kukakku or valkyrie, that 50% extra deff with 150 from rj, ur muken will perform much better, and that would help u in pvp the same way. nowdays deff really plays a big role in victory

I still use Raijin Yourichi, she is still good in my opinion, I run her with Adult Toshiro. She can hit and hit hard.

I'm waiting for Kyoka to come out so I can see how she will fair with a Hogy level Kyoka, but for now it's Yourichi 1st to chaos 3 team members, Toshiro freezes whole team so they do not skill on me 1st round. Kyoka will make this all null and void but the damage will be there. Now after Kyoka goes...it's fair game after that. Kyoka's effect only lasts for that moment she skills. My 3rd hitter is Bankai Yama and he burns with a maxed out Jakka. Typically it's game over for most after that.
