Title: Soul Skills not accessible [Print this page]

I can't get into my soul skills. I click on the soul map at the bottom of the main screen, but the tab for soul skills is grayed out and it won't let me click on it. It's been 4-5 days since I've been able to upgrade a skill and my backpack is filling up with scrolls! Help!

I am having the same problem. I have not been able to upgrade or change the skill of my main for almost a week now. That tab is gray out and I am level 159 and I have unlocked all skills and I am an orange level player. Please help. I tried to attach my picture as proof, but i keep getting a message about undefine something and then it closes on me. I tried attaching, jpg, gif, and png. nothing worked.
my in game name is Junna Minnowa of US 1.
Please help. Thank you in advance.

When I try to email support, I could not even open it to get the email address to send my screen shot.

also, if you activate your exclusive skills for your main. Your soul skills will stay grey.
