Aaaand nope, since the fusion between FR/EU/DE platforms, the prices and the events became synchronyze, it started since the apparition of Demon Ichigo from UBP. They still have their offline events however.

As for the top up, the FR version is more flexible

That's right, for $1 you get 1000 golds from Bankai Power instead of $5, but that aside they aren't different to us in my eyes.
